It won't let me upload the video, but this is my rotoscopy assignment where my friend and I created a quick song and then performed it, and then I rotoscopied over top.

Blog #2: Logo/Biz Card

  Hello, welcome to my second blog for the Logo/Biz Card assignment. To start the project off, I just wrote a little bit about myself: Using what I previously wrote, I narrowed down 4 descriptive words: I then used ai to produce some logos using these words. The ai messed up the spelling of the words, but the products did look pretty solid and were reasonable inspiration: I then used a notebook and a sharpie to draw some of my own designs. At first I thought I was going to go with the "creative" where the c is hidden in a brick wall, but then I came up with the "Equable" design and new it was the one I was going to pursue:  I then re-drew the equable logo and vector traced over top to get a better understanding of how to use vectors: I wasn't to fond of how the handwritten letters looked so I decided to use the font highrise for the words. 3D Animation Class Blog Entry #1

 Hello, this is my first entry for our 3D animation class and so far the class has been pretty solid. We have only met in class once so far so we haven't accomplished much in a class setting, but outside of class we have created 2 animations. Even though the animations are very simple I have always been eager to learn how to render 3D animations so this is pretty exciting stuff and I'm proud of what I have accomplished so far. The process itself was challenging and took a while to learn, but I have a lot of experience dealing with 2D animation so the hassle of keyframes and stuff wasn't anything new. Honestly the biggest obstacle I've faced so far is just turning in my projects because the dropbox has been difficult. I know we were only expected to turn in the playblast, but I was very curious what the animation looked like rendered so I taught myself and I'm glad I did because of how the results turned out.
